All the Sets have a rejuvenating effect... in Easy pose (crossed-leg) - Short Kundalini Yoga Kriya (depending on the chosen cardio warm-up Set of the day) - Powerful meditation for Specific benefits (e.g For health; Strength; Removing tension; For confidence; Balance; Protection; Back Problems; To help depression; For expansion; For Spiritual growth; etc. - Relaxation with music.
