DO YOU SUFFER FROM ANXIETY ? Anxiety is the most common mental health issue in the world. While many forms of effective treatment are available, the majority of people with anxiety disorders remain untreated due to a lack of medical or financial resources or cultural stigma around mental illness. The most common is generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), which is characterized by chronic and excessive worry and can lead to difficulty concentrating and sleeping, as well as increased fatigue and muscle tension. Are you going through a challenging time which prevents you from sleeping well at night? Do you lack of deep rest which creates duality, confusion, questioning and self-doubt, even though questioning and doubt are a necessary part of the spiritual life to prepare for great things? Do you want to move out of duality and into the expansive, balanced, peaceful spirit? Or do you want to prevent mental health problems? Or do you want to attain a profound elevated, new and firm state of mind? In this class, I will guide you through a series of pranayaams and meditations to help you treat your GAD without medicine (not due to the direct physiological effects of a substance, e.g. a medication; a drug of abuse). After our initial class, I suggest that you do the recording for the following 10 days, 20 days, or 39 days in a line before going to bed to find sleep at night, and internal silence. It will balance the energy of the Heart and bring about a state of calm and ease. Doing 40 days straight is best, because it will create the opportunity to implement the changes you want in your habits. Commit to the practice every day for self-healing, relief and transformation. Make it possible. No experience of yoga, pranayaam or meditation needed. The class will be recorded and sent off to you for your daily practice. The Zoom link of the recording will be valid for 30 days.
