Service Description

Mondays 8:00-9:00 pm -Breath-work and Meditation Practice. Join our lovely community live online on Mondays from the comfort of your home. You will chant powerful mantras to elevate and heal yourself. You will awaken your naad through sound vibration and master rhythm by chanting and reciting Kundalini mantras. By focusing on the repetition of the sound all other thoughts are gradually washed away until the mind is clear and calm. You will begin to discover a more positive side to your nature, a side that will enable you to grow and progress in a very individual way. There are numerous mantras that can be used to achieve the greatest impact on our consciousness. We will use mantras in Gurbani, a sacred language based on the science of naad (sound). Mantra chanting is an important aspect of the practice of Kundalini yoga, and so we will invoke the positive power contained in those particular syllables. Other components of yoga in relationship with chanting a mantra will be applied in class. First, we will train the body to sit more easily, and for flexibility, doing gently stretching exercises . Then, we will focus on practicing pranayama (breathing exercises), to expand your breath and life force. Thereafter, we will be ready to chant. No experience required. No chanting skills needed!
